Felipe Massa

Felipe Massa took a lot of critisism when he joined the F1 gird but he went away and worked on it and came back so much stronger at Ferrari. He was so close, a single corner, away from the World Championship title in 2008 and deserved to win.

This year he returns as team mate to Fernando Alonso who will be very hard to beat and he comes back from the accident that put him out of a large chunk of the 2009 season. So again the pressure is on him to come back stronger, he’s shown in testing that he’s still fast so it’s just a matter of translating that into results on track, and better ones than Alonso.

He’s the only Brazilian on the grid that really has a chance of winning this year and thus he’ll enjoy a large support base so the encouragement will be there and last season has done nothing to dampen his hunger for more so watch out Alonso, Massa may just be the dark horse that triumphs.
