Sebastien Buemi

Sebastien Buemi joined the F1 grid in 2009 scoring points on his debut for the Toro Rosso team. He hasn’t set the grid alight like Sebastien Vettel did during his time at Toro Rosso but he’s had some solid results scoring points on four occassions and two of those were in the last two races of 2009 so he’ll be hoping to carry that form through into 2010.

He partners Jaime Alguersuari at Toro Rosso for 2010 and will hope that he can keep beating him. Some impressive qualifying performances will also help his cause which must be the Red Bull drive. Watch out Mark Webber this guy wants your seat.

Sebastien Buemi has got a lot to prove at Toro Rosso this year as if he doesn’t deliver the Red Bull driver programme will churn out someone else to replace him and he’ll have to find somewhere else on the grid to go – he’ll want that to be further up the grid and so finishing and fighting for every place he can is his job this year. There’s more chance of scoring points with them running down to 10th place and he’s got to pick some of those up.
