Campos Meta

Campos Meta are perhaps the most secretive of the new teams to enter F1, headed up by Adrian Campos a former F1 driver. They are the extension of the GP2 team Addax, along with a Spainish media firm Meta Image and are based in spain.
There isn’t much info on their car other than the fact that Dallara are building it, and that it’ll be using Cosworth engines. So with an outsourced car the mechanics will simply be fitters, I guess testing will be fun. Dallara do build a lot of race cars though so it might be good, it has a good chance of being better than the Virgin or US F1 cars.
Driver wise they have perhaps the most exciting name to grace the F1 grid in terms of Bruno Senna, he has a lot to live up to but perhaps Campos with be the stepping stone to achievement that [...]

US F1 team and getting to the grid

Peter Windsor quit F1 racing last year to setup a new F1 team and I wasn’t really that convinced at the time but US F1 is the result and they look to have some pretty impressive facilities. With a base in the US and one in Spain at a circuit they seem to have the investment to succeed.
Announced almost a year ago they have had time to get up and running and design a car, Peter Windsor has teamed up with Ken Anderson who has a pretty impressive motorsport pedigree and Chad Hurley of YouTube fame. It seems they have all the bases covered in terms of the company but can they deliver on track?
In terms of drivers they have always stated they wanted US drivers but given the lack of them about they have plumped for José María López, a GP2 and Renault test driver. They have yet to [...]
