Stefan GP

Stefan GP are a Serbian team headed up by Zoran Stefanović, they bought up all of Toyota equipment and shipped out to the first few tracks in the hope that they can secure a place on the grid, most likely at the expense on Campos Meta, the FIA didn’t allow them entry even in the wake of US F1’s failure to make the grid.

The Car

The car has been bought from Toyota and liekly to be a few months out of date but then that could still have potentially been a lot better than one designed by some of the new teams.

The Drivers

With Kazuki Nakajima reportedly on the books and conversations with Ralf Schumacher, Jacques Villeneuve and Bruno Senna (Should they have replaced Campos Meta) it would have meant that they actually have a better lineup than some of the other teams, some experience at least.

Extra Information

With the team set to test at the end of February and having already shipped equipment to the tracks they couldn’t secure the tyres they needed for the test as they weren’t a valid F1 entry and had to cancel. It remains unclear what will become of the team.
